OPPORTUNITY TO DO AN INTERNSHIP AT A LOCAL CLUB
MASTER THE KEY CONCEPTS TO BECOME AN EXPERT IN YOUTH FOOTBALL
The tour will primarily focus on teaching the key concepts of the following four blocks:
- Intro to Ekkono Method: Understand the main differences between each player stage (initiation, specialization, performance) & what Ekkono proposes at each stage
- Key contents in Football: Learn the stages of game understanding, the criterias for content planning (how to organize, what to priorize, etc.), the examples of what to train in each stage and deep on the different content block
- Generate top training context: Learn how to design training tasks for each stage and become an expert in adapting drills to suit the training context and managing the information.
- Game Analysis: Get a general overview on the teams fundamentals per phase and deep on the principles of positional attack.
To ensure proper understanding, daily team workshops & discussions will be conducted.
VISIT TOP CLUB’S TRAINING SESSIONS AND LEARN FROM THEIR METHODOLOGIES
During the Ekkono Coach Development Tour, we will visit the training sessions of various clubs, including Villarreal F.C. and Girona F.C., to learn in detail about their methodology and training methods. On these visits, particpants will receive an introductory lecture about the club’s methodology before the training sessions, where they could interact and discuss with the coaches. Additionally, the coaches will explain the day’s training tasks and their objectives. Lastly, we will have the opportunity to visit the sports facilities and the club’s stadium.
LEARN FROM TOP FOOTBALL PROFESSIONALS AND EXPAND YOUR NETWORK
Enhance the theoretical & practical lessons and club visits with real-life experiences from top invited guests with international experience. Throughout the course, coaches with experience in clubs or organizations such as FIFA, PSG, FC Barcelona, RCD Espanyol, the Spanish Football Federation, or the Japanese Football Federation will provide education and share their experiences with us. Take advantage of this opportunity to expand your network within the football industry.

The Catalonia region is home to the best academies in the country. Don’t miss the opportunity to make the most of the weekend by watching as many matches as you desire. The Ekkono team will recommend the most interesting matches for each age group and category. Additionally, there will be a joint live match analysis activity during one of the weekend matches.

By signing up for the tour before March 1st, you will have the opportunity to do coaching internships for 15 days with a local team in Barcelona. *Accommodation, flights, transfers, and other living expenses are not included.
