Why this course?

In this course you will learn about the concept of Individual Fundamentals by Position (IFP), which are key concepts to teach our players starting in the Specialization Stage (u13 and above). As players grow up, they need to specialize and learn specific content related to the position they usually play.

In this introductory course, will learn about the concept of individual fundamentals distributed between defensive and offensive principles, with special focus in Center Backs. The essential concepts from each of these fundamentals which will help you to apply them in the game or during training sessions, and your analysis of the key situations in the game will also improve thanks to the perfect learning of these fundamentals.
