Defensywny Pomocnik w fazie ofensywnej (Cz.2)

1. TH MID I

Defensywni pomocnicy odgrywają kluczową rolę w drużynach atakujących, którym zależy na posiadaniu piłki. To, jak zapewniają wsparcie, priorytetyzują podania i organizują grę, będzie kluczowe dla sukcesu drużyny. W tej części kontynuujemy omówienie podstawowych zasad gry ofensywnej, które defensywni pomocnicy muszą opanować w zależności od stylu gry drużyny.

System 4-2-3-1 (Cz 1): Wysoki Pressing

6. 4-2-3-1 System vs System – high pressing

Przyjrzymy się konceptom wysokiego pressingu w jednym z najpopularniejszych systemów, 4-2-3-1. Wiele drużyn, takich jak FC Barcelona czy Manchester City, na różnych etapach ostatnich sezonów korzystało z tej struktury. Przeanalizujemy zalety, wady i kluczowe kwestie związane z tym systemem. Przyjrzymy się również stylowi gry i profilom zawodników najlepiej dopasowanym do tego systemu, a także wariantom pressingu w zależności od systemu stosowanego przez przeciwnika.
