Inside the Ekkono PRO Coach Program
Our proven methodology follows 4 key steps:
1. OBJECTIVES
We will help you define your personal and professional goals with absolute clarity.
2. STRATEGY
Once we have clear goals, we will develop a narrative and roadmap that reflects your strengths, ambitions, and how you want to be perceived in the football world.
3. PROCESSES
Next, we will build the processes that lead you to the next chapter in your career. We will divide them into two blocks: Internal and External growth.
Internal growth refers to those skills or competencies that you need to possess or master not just for your current job, but for the position you aspire to achieve. This includes coaching licenses, tactical knowledge, team management, technology, languages, etc.
External growth focuses on building a public image that will make you suitable for the position you are aiming for. This includes public image, social media, positioning, and networking with target clubs.
4. STRUCTURE
Finally, we will work on the structure. This means we will help you build the right support team around you. We’ll help you identify, recruit, and prepare key people to support your journey.

How does the EkkonoPRO Coach Program unfold?
The program spans 75 hours to be completed within 12 months. As it is fully personalized, you choose the duration and frequency of the sessions. Private sessions will be conducted via video conferencing.
Throughout these sessions, using a methodology based on challenges, achievements, questions, and training, we will assist you in constructing a document that outlines your trajectory, with corresponding steps to follow. Additionally, we will provide training and support throughout the implementation process.
In other words, based on your technical needs, we create a 100% personalized program developed through one-on-one sessions. During these sessions, we’ll cover a wide range of topics such as creating or refining your game model, applying it to performance through the Ekkono performance keys, designing training exercises tailored to your real needs, and—if you’re actively coaching—we’ll analyze your team and discuss whatever you require. You’ll also learn how to prepare reports on your own team and your opponents, and how to work individually with your players.

In addition to planning your strategy forward, the EkkonoPRO coach program includes a tutoring approach aimed at helping you tackle challenges you may encounter with your current team (if applicable), while also refining key processes and tools such as your game model, scouting process, training methodology, or strategies for effectively managing the locker room.
Furthermore, we will facilitate connections with professional coaches. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with them privately via video conference or even visit their clubs for face-to-face interactions. Beyond mere observation, you’ll be able to delve into crucial topics such as match preparation, player motivation, staff management, and more.
