We aim to make the cancellation process as simple as possible. To cancel your membership, please email us at hello@ekkonocoaching.com, and we will process your cancellation immediately. The cancellation will be made effective on the day we receive your request.

Please note that refunds are only available if the cancellation request is made before the renewal date. If your cancellation request is submitted after the renewal date, no refunds will be issued, and your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
